We wanted to replace the areas with carpet with hardwood floors to create a more rustic yet still elegant feel.

"Your firm recently refurbished our oak laminate wood floor at our Fountain Hills residence. The floor had nearly twenty years wear and tear, many deep scratches and gouges, some parting from the sub-floor, and was indeed ready for renovation. Your work detail arrived exactly when they said they would, each day performed the work scheduled, completed the total task as projected (even though we had an unannounced repair due to cabinet work) and left a clean and tidy finished product.
